The new Shoot Straight Clearwater store and range is open and doing great!!! Shooters LUV the fresh-air A/C range, and thrilled customers have been writing to us every day to let us know what great service they experienced at the store! The latest news is that the CWP classes will be starting Monday, June 11th, so sign up early to get a seat. Our deep thanks to all that have visited the store, and those of you who honor us with your ongoing patronage. Shoot Straight Clearwater Store Opens Monday, May 14, 2012!

Great News!... The new Shoot Straight Clearwater store will be opening Monday, May 14, 2012!!! Break out the Champagne and the noise makers, and be sure to plan a visit next week! Customers will soon be able to roam the sparkling new aisles of thousands of firearms and shooting sports products, and enjoy the fresh-air conditioned 19 lane range, in the beautifully renovated building. Clearwater Store - Final Touches In Progress!

"Red Tape" strikes again! The Clearwater store opening date has been moved back to mid May, after a few more municipality inspections and approvals are completed. Shoot Straight wants everything to be right, so we're continuing to work on the beautiful showroom and interior of the store. At this point, we expect that customers will be able to see the dramatic renovation of the Clearwater store in May. The improvements are impressive - elegant wood millwork, new floors, lots more lighting, our signature animal head and taxidermy displays, shiny new safes on display, and thousand’s of guns in lighted glass cases and on wooden racks. This beauty and bounty is well worth a trip, so set your calendars to check it all out in May 2012!

Bonus: It looks like the range opening will coincide with the store opening, so stop in to shop and stay to shoot… in 100% fresh air-conditioned comfort!

New Shoot Straight Clearwater Store and Range Opening Late April

The completely renovated Shoot Straight Clearwater store and range (formerly Knight Shooting Sports) is set to open in late April 2012! Shooters that have been anxiously awaiting the store opening, can also look forward to the "Grand Opening Sale", which will be held a few weeks later.

Shoot Straight Clearwater has a fantastic location on Florida's West Coast, with a diverse and dynamic population, that serves a growing community of shooting sports enthusiasts all the way up the coast. The huge, newly redesigned showroom will display over 1,000 firearms, and the cool, new, air conditioned gun range will comfortably accomodate shooters year-round.

The state-of-the-art and customized "Fresh Air" air conditioning system, is one of the very few in the U.S. that filter out all lead dust (for your safety). And, it truly uses 100% fresh outside air to ventilate the range. The firearms range has 19 lanes in total, of which 10 are for handgun use (25 Yd), and 9 are for rifle use (50 Yd).

There'll also be lots of firearm accessories, and shooting sports equipment, to serve all walks of shooting sports enthusiasts (you know who you are!). And, to get all our "new-to-firearms" customers started right, Shoot Straight Clearwater will offer the same great firearms classes our Tampa store customers love.
