"From the front door to the back wall, we are in the process of giving the entire Clearwater range and store a massive renovation. Doing it correctly takes time, but we still want to get it open as soon as possible. The date has moved back on us, but now we are hoping to have the store open by early April. If things fall in to place, the range opening should coincide with the store.


The gun range is getting a 100% makeover. When completed it will be an OSHA and NIOSH certified range that is a safe and healthy environment for you to shoot in. Just like we are in the process of doing in all of our ranges, each shooting stall will get 1.5 tons of cool, conditioned 100% outside air for your safety and year-round shooting comfort. We started at the Apopka location and the results are spectacular. And for those of you that have shot at Knights in the past, Shoot Straight has a different attitude about shooting and range practices. We want our guests to be safe and have a good time while shooting, and our range safety officers are there to ensure it. But we are never overbearing, and as long as you follow the posted range safety rules you are free to shoot and enjoy yourself. We think you will be pleasantly surprised at the change. Many of our customers are retired military, police, hunters and lifetime shooters. You deserve to be treated like seasoned professionals so you will never be treated like a rookie when shooting at our range. We are looking forward to seeing all of you enjoying your Second Amendment rights as soon as we open."
