New Smith & Wesson Bodyguard® series
Smith & Wesson's Bodyguard® series is the first to integrate an advanced laser into the design of the handguns. These handguns have been uniquely engineered for personal protection, by utilizing lightweight, simple, and easily-concealable features.
In the .38 spl revolver, the internal hammer and rounded elements reduce the potential for snagging; the aluminum alloy upper frame and steel-reinforced polymer lower, make it exceptionally lightweight; the PVD coated cylinder is stainless steel; and the integrated INSIGHT® laser sight boosts accuracy and user confidence.
With the .380 ACP pistol, the high-strength polymer frame makes it exceptionally lightweight; the Melonite® finished, stainless steel slide is corrosion resistant and durable; and the integrated INSIGHT® laser sight enhances shooter accuracy.
The feature-loaded laser gives you the option of constant-on or pulse modes and has an automatic 5-minute shut-off to conserve power. It's adjustable for windage and elevation, and it complements the integral fixed rear, and blade front sights.
